Hi Folks, boy it's been a while since I've posted, haven't forgotten about you but I've been very busy. The one I've got under contract with the young couple I mentioned is going very well. Just waiting on a clear to close from the bank! It's been absolutely beautiful here.
Hey, had to have my pool liner replaced. The liner was about 15 years old and it was time! Pool is open and guess what, yep, we've been swimming! Water temp is in mid 60's.
