Greenville City encompasses some of the most expensive real estate in the area. For the downtown Greenville area, please see my Greenville Condos page. I'll start here with the North Main area. Just gorgeous in the Spring time with a dual laned road separated by trees that runs from the downtown to Rutherford Rd. Many homes on the historical register here. Stately older homes with grand landscaping. Don't think you might be priced out here. There is still plenty of room to buy and renovate. Many 2 an 3 bedroom bungalows off Main. I see a lot of younger couples buying and fixing here. Although the flavor is very much the same as August Rd. the pricing is much less expensive in general. You can actually walk downtown from most of these homes.

Augusta Rd.
Nothing else to say but charming Americana. Take Augusta from downtown and turn on McDaniel to get a real feel for what it is all about. Oak lined streets, sidewalks, runners and mothers pushing their baby carriages. Price per sq. ft. is really as expensive as anywhere here. As a matter of fact if you will turn off McDaniel onto Cresent Drive you will fine the most expensive listing in the Greenville MLS at 3.5 million. This Coldwell Banker Cain listing sits on 1.6 acres and is 7000+ sq. ft. Please call me if you would like to view this home. Remember use a buyers agent! The charm of McDaniel continues from Augusta to Cleveland Park. and the Greenville Zoo. Just a great area. Please let me know if you would like a tour of homes!
Chanticleer. Located off Augusta this is really Greenville Country Club. The golf course has been highly rated by golf digest and is a true joy to play. Gated and private, again stately homes with large yards and privacy. You can find a nice condo or two "behind the gate" on occasion.
Parkins Mill. Family, nice yards, older homes and JL Mann. This area has been a popular choice for Greenville residents for over 50 years. Close to downtown with property values on the steady rise.
More to come!
