January 24 Greenville SC Realtor Update:
Folks, I love working with first time home buyers. It's so exciting to help someone buy their first home. I had a nice young fellow contact me the other day to help him with his first home purchase. He actually found a great property at a great price but didn't really know where to go from there. There's where I come in folks! As a
realtor and
buyers agent, it's my job to help him through the transaction. Yep, the easiest thing is finding the property. Hey, all you've got to do is quick
real estate search on my search engine and you'll come up with all properties in the mls.
But there is much more to it folks! How do you know the real estate is priced "
in the market"? How do you determine the
condition of the home? How do you
negotiate the price? Who do you call for the inspections? Do you have a good mortgage person? Who will you choose to close the transaction and do the
title search? Where folks, that's where I come and and I am especially needed by those first time home buyers.
Just put a nice
townhome in Downtown Greenville under contract with this buyer. We just got the contract executed today and we already have inspections scheduled, and closing date with the closing attorney. Mortgage broker has the contract and will order title search and appraisal. Hey folks, let's get er done!!! I'll keep you posted on how this one is going.
