Hi everyone! And welcome to my Greenville South Carolina Relocation page. I thought it was about time to put up some information for people relocating to the Greenville SC area. Why? Well a tremendous part of my real estate business over the years has been from buyers who are relocating because of a job opportunity or retiring and want a great place to call home, Greenville South Carolina.

It seems almost monthly, I hear of a new company relocating to Greenville SC. Folks, we go after business aggressively because we have a lot to talk about to people and companies considering Greenville.

In this I include a nice info. packet on the Greenville Hospital System (a teaching hospital) for people who might be considering retiring to Greenville South Carolina and the Upstate Area. Why? Well healthcare is important to everyone and I think we have an excellent hospital and health care system. I don't want to forget the St. Francis System which is excellent too. I had one child at Memorial and two at St. Francis. I include basic Greenville area information and a nice MLS map too.
I've said it before, don't be fooled by pretty pictures. I can go through any number of neighborhoods here where some poor soul bought and the neighborhood went under or prices got slashed and the buyers took tremendous loses. Folks, that's why you need someone to advise you, that has a fiduciary responsibility to you to act in your best interest. Hey, by the way, there's no charge to you for my service!
