Kingsbridge subdivision is located just off Woodruff Rd. on Batesville Rd in Simpsonville SC. This gated subdivision has been a very popular location since it first starting developing. You will find a variety of homes and styles in Kingsbridge, some just built to some in the 10-15 year old range. Kingsbridge is a beautiful Simpsonville neighborhood with amenities that include a club house with pool, tennis courts, exercise facility, sidewalks for nice strolls and nicely landscaped commons areas.
