Lake Keowee SC
Some of if not the most expensive real estate in the Greenville area is located at Lake Keowee South Carolina. Lake Keowee is located close to Seneca and Clemson (go Tigers!) South Carolina and is about 45 miles from Greenville and 125 miles from Atlanta Georgia. The other lake in that area that I really like is Lake Jocassee! There is plenty to do and see here.
Golf? Cliffs Communities has one of the finest clubs in the area! Other area courses would be Boscobel, Oconee Country Club, Southern Oaks, and The Walker Course at Clemson University, just to name a few.
You know you are sorta up in the mountains here and not far from some of my favorite places including Table Rock State Park, Oconee State Park and the Sumpter National Forest.
Lake front property has gone out of this world and if you look close enough you might bump into a celebrity or two who owns property there.
