I’m located in the downtown Greenville office with about 30 other realtors.  What a great location!  I usually meet most of my buyer clients here.  The address is 220 N. Main Street, Ste. 200-B Greenville SC, 29601.  The location is very easy to get to.  If you are coming in from I-85 just take I385 towards downtown.  Follow until you get to N. Main Street.  You will see the Hyatt Regency on the corner.  Turn in the parking deck on the left then go to the third level.  Enter the Hyatt and you will see our office from the inside.

Folks, there are about 1300 active Greenville SC Realtors in the Upstate at the moment.  Many think the the company they work with matters, well of course it does, you want ethical people to work with.  My point though is the most important thing especially for buyers is that they use an experienced, seasoned Greenville Realtor, one who knows the area.  This is especially true if you are needing an exclusive buyers agent.
