Greenville and the Upstate area up to Tryon is quickly becoming horse country. That right folks. I’m getting more and more calls to find horse property in the Greenville area. With the opening of The Tryon International Equestrian Center horse properties are becoming hot. And, by the way I recently had a success story with a great couple looking for a working horse farm in the Greenville area!
Rick and Yulia had been watching my Horse Farms page for a couple of years and finally decided to make the move to the area. Rick and I met to look at a farm on the southeast side of Greenville and hit it off immediately. After a few more trips out and quite a bit of analysis he decided on a beautiful place in Inman. Now this horse farm had been on the market for a while and originally was listed at close to $500,000. The seller reduced it and we bought it under sales price. I felt like it was worth at least $30,000 more than Rick bought at and darn if the appraisal didn’t prove me right.
I won’t say the place didn’t need a little bit of work. Knowing Rick and Yulia, I knew it wouldn’t be long before this turned into a true diamond. So recently they had my wife and I out and WOW, what a wonderful job they have done. I’d say Rick immediately added tens of thousands of value to the property.
If you’d like to learn more, I just posted a video on Rick and Yulia’s place and the Equestrian center at my Greenville SC Horse Farms page. Interested in training or purchasing please visit Ariano Stables International.
