This site is dedicated to helping you find Greenville South Carolina Real Estate.  The best way to do that is to work with an exclusive buyers agent.  I have buyers from all over the country and in the Greenville area who are searching for homes for sale in Greenville South Carolina.  To me Greenville SC Real Estate not only covers Greenville but also,Taylors, Simpsonville, Greer, Fountain Inn, Piedmont, Easley, really most of Upstate South Carolina. Greenville city limits are small.  So if you are looking for real estate in Greenville SC, chances are you may not even live in Greenville.  Second, in general prices rise as you get closer to downtown Greenville, with the most expensive price per sq. foot being in downtown condos.  Also, taxes are higher in Greenville city limits.  So many people who want to move to the Greenville area don't actually end up in the city limits. Many do though, so here's a small tour of what's in the city limits,  Greenville City Real Estate.  By the way I have also helped folks buy in Spartanburg, Laurens, Pickens and Anderson too.   A few buyer success stories are located here.
